1. What we collect

• Account data: email address, verification status.
• Job metadata: source/destination servers, job status, timestamps, progress.
• Logs: technical logs needed to diagnose migration issues.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe; we store references (session/payment IDs) and invoice links.

2. Credentials

Mailbox credentials are used to perform the migration. We do not use them for any other purpose.

Implementation note: credentials may be stored temporarily in encrypted form to complete the job, and should be removed after completion (or within a defined retention period).

3. Retention

We retain job logs and metadata for troubleshooting and customer support. Retention period: 30 days (subject to change).

4. Security

We apply reasonable technical measures to protect data, including HTTPS, restricted access, and secure storage for secrets.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in (authentication). These cookies are required for the service to function.
