1. Service

PostMaster provides tools to migrate email between mailboxes using IMAP. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access the mailboxes you provide.

2. Accounts and verification

To use the service you must create an account and verify your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.

3. Credentials

You provide mailbox credentials solely to perform the requested migration. We recommend using app-passwords where available.

We do not sell your credentials. Credential handling details are described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Payments

Full migration requires payment. Trial migrations may be available with limitations.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. Typical situations:

• Technical failure on our side: refund is generally available.
• Incorrect credentials / blocked IMAP / destination quota: refunds may be discretionary.

6. Limitations

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and cannot guarantee migration will succeed in every environment (provider restrictions, quotas, network issues, policy restrictions).

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful access, unauthorized data extraction, or any activity that violates laws or third-party rights.
